Duties of the Branch Office of Administration Services

a) To carry out the work and procedures related to the personal affairs of the Department personnel,

b) To carry out the work and procedures related to the budget and financial issues of the Department,

c) To procure all kinds of durable movable and consumable materials of the Department, to keep their records accordingly, to have their maintenance and repair performed,

d) To carry out services related to the procedures of incoming and outgoing documents for the Department,

e) To fulfill the duties assigned by the Head of Department.
