Duties of the Branch Office of Publications

a) To collect and evaluate all kinds of information and documents in order to reveal, promote and provide education on our country's environmental and urban values, to support and publish the suitable written, audio and visual documents, and to prepare films, slides, photographs and similar documents,

b) To carry out archive, documentation and library services on environmental and urbanization issues, to cooperate with public and private organizations on materials to be published about environment and urbanization,

c) To monitor the programs, projects and activities of international organizations on environmental education, to carry out information services,

d) To compile documents related to activities organized the Ministry such as seminars, courses, symposiums etc.; to make publications of the same, to make various publications (books, magazines, brochures, research, etc.) in order to provide training for the provincial organization through publication; to print and distribute the relevant materials,

e) To compile the legislation issued by the Ministry regarding its field of duty, to ensure that it is sold through the Directorate of Revolving Fund,

f) To make periodical publications in order to ensure professional development, to ensure that they are communicated to local governments and implementing institutions and organizations,

g) To prepare publications in order to ensure the Exchange of information and experience between our Ministry and municipalities, to inform and train the personnel working in local administrations through such publications,

h) To organize campaigns, etc. practices to be prepared for the public and local administrators in matters that fall under the scope of our Ministry,

i) To do research on the relevant legislation of the Ministry and to publish books accordingly.

j) To print or have the publications prepared by others authorized accordingly in accordance with the Publication Directive,
