BRANCH OFFICE OF TRAINING

INSERVICE TRAINING

a) Within the framework of the Ministry's in-service training policy, to determine the annual in-service training needs of the central and provincial organizations, to prepare the annual training plan, to organize, implement and evaluate the trainings accordingly,

b) To prepare and implement various trainings in cooperation with the relevant units of the Ministry in order to ensure the professional development of the technical personnel in the central and provincial organization of the Ministry, and to evaluate the training results,

c) To identify the issues that require research and training within the scope of the Ministry's duty and to develop training projects,

d) To organize the trainings for candidate civil servants, promotion and title change organized for the Ministry personnel, to make and finalize their exams.

e) To make announcements about foreign education activities to be attended by the Ministry personnel, to carry out participation procedures, to make announcements on international seminars, meetings, etc.

f) To carry out all kinds of works and procedures of those who are deemed appropriate to attend long-term training programs organized by TODAI, TÖMER, and similar institutions, and to prepare final reports accordingly.

 

 

INTERENTERPRISE TRAINING

a) To work on improving the administrative and technical capacity of local administrations, to prepare and implement training programs for local administrations, various professional groups and related target groups, to evaluate the same accordingly, to prepare new projects,

b) To present the information notes of seminars, symposiums and panel-like events organized by other organizations in order to train technical personnel in Turkey and abroad, to carry out the works and procedures of those deemed appropriate by the Ministry,

c) To evaluate the requests of the university students who want to do internship in the central and provincial organization of the Ministry, to carry out the internship procedures accordingly,

d) To ensure the participation of the relevant personnel of the Ministry in in-service training programs organized by other organizations
